We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and the experience was not as per our expectations. The rooms were tidy and the hotel was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to the highway but we were highly disappointed with the service. We found the staff rude, arrogant and completely lacking customer focus, not sure they treated as because of our skin color. We have stayed at other Best Western properties (mostly in the States) and our experience had been great so far except this one. Given the amount we spent here, I would perhaps skip this one on my next trip to Newcastle.

The most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in a hotel. There was a fully equipped mini bar. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking lovely bushland. The restaurant was fantastic. Stayed 3 nights and will definitely go back when visiting Newcastle again.

Fantastic stress free stay. Everything on site but a quick walk to movies or pubs. Only minor negative was that the mower man decided to do edges and mowing at 0815 on a Saturday morning. Was looking forward to a little sleep in and quiet coffee.

The room was clean and bed was very comfy. All staff were very friendly. ||We had an early flight so it would have been great if there was an early check in option. ||Great service great room. Nice pool. .

Stayed here for work.The receptionists were really nice and most helpful. The food at the restaurant was tasty too. My rooms (stayed on two occasions) were dated, but were clean and generally quiet. Air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

I loved it! The room was with a view it was clean. T h e staff were friendly and helpful. O e behind desk called me by my name and was so helpful. The restaurant is fabulous too. It was close bye to everything I needed.

Most enjoyable relaxing stay. We will always stay here for future visits. The dining was excellent. Food especially gluten free options, were perfect. So impressed with the table service. Friendly helpful staff.
